Our client is a fast growing global manufacturing business based in Greater Belfast employing locally 50 with a turnover of £10m+.  They boast a small yet growing finance team who are well established and long standing made up of a financial controller and assistant accountant.  It terms of technology and working environment like their business it is all cutting edge so there is a real opportunity to gain excellent experience in a fast paced expanding and successful organisation.

Reporting locally into a Financial Controller this role will include both financial and management accounts.  The business offers a 9-5 working environment and excellent benefits – there is the option to agree a hybrid working week also.

• Prepare full monthly accounts including Balance Sheet and P&L month end close
• Develop and improve KPI reports offering suggestions for improvement
• Assist with budget process and business planning
• Forecasting and reforecasting
• Review and oversee payroll
• Assist with year end accounts liaising with auditors
• Provide decision support solutions
• Strong IT skills especially Excel are important in this commercial role
