Finance Manager – Dungannon (BT71) – Salary Negotiable DOE

On behalf of our client a leading manufacturer of GSE, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Working as part of our client’s established accounts team the post holder will be responsible for:

• Preparation of month end accounts for group companies.
• Clear balance sheet reconciliations and P&L review against budget within timeframe.
• Liasing with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Balance sheet ownership to maintain budgeted key ratios.
• Manage finance team direct reports.
• Develop regular business scorecard measurement and reporting for key metrics.
• Work closely with financial analyst to enable reporting on gross margin variances.
• Any other duties as required by the Group Financial Controller to suit business needs.

Eligibility criteria:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA equivalent qualified
• 3 years+ manufacturing industry experience essential
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
