Our client is a long established privately owned business working in a strong commercial sector.  They have an experienced team across their multisite operation.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business.  Working closely with the FD and leadership team you will play a key role in supporting the company growth by sharing insightful financial information.

Key Duties

• Prepare and present management and financial accounts
• Develop internal reporting controls and processes
• Manage, coach and lead a small and efficient finance team
• Develop IT capability which drives proactive finance and operational support

Ideal Person

• We will consider someone straight from practice (probably couple of years post qualified) or someone working in industry and ready to embrace extra responsibility
• Fully qualified with an eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills as you will get visibility across the company
• Leadership capability and wants to develop as the current FD will encourage growth of their new team member
