Credit Controller

Portadown (BT63)

Salary c.£25K-£28K

McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with Client who has an IMMEDIATE requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join their existing team.

Main duties will include:

  • Scanning & saving remittance advice.
  • Chasing any unallocated payments.
  • Requesting additional payment information when required.
  • Investigate Queries.
  • Preparing lodgement slips & updating cash book.
  • Contacting Debtors – Telephone/E-Mail.
  • Query Resolution.
  • Credit Limits/New Account Processing.
  • Other duties as required by the Credit Control Manager.

Essential eligibility criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable (minimum of 12 months).
  • Strong academic record – Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Excellent IT Skills – MS Office and SAGE experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve Monthly Targets.
