Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Part-Time)

Dundonald (BT16)

Salary c.£26K – £30K FTE DOE

On behalf of our client a growing electrical contractor, McKinty Associates are pleased to invite applications for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join this business on a part-time basis.

It is envisaged that the hours will be c.30hrs/week but this may fluctuate slightly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Bank & Credit Card reconciliations.
  • Sales, Purchase and General Ledger.
  • Credit Control.
  • Payroll.
  • VAT and Government statistical returns.
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Relevant ad hoc duties as required.

Essential eligibility criteria:

  • Recent relevant experience in a finance team
  • Experience in dealing with sub contractors & CIS reporting
  • Experience in accounts packages (Xero)
  • Excellent administration & organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload
